Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We operate with student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for each individual we serve.
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide essential healthcare services to students while promoting their health, safety, and well-being. You’ll assess and treat health concerns, provide education and support, and help create a healthy environment where students can focus on their education, training, and future careers

• Evaluate student health concerns and provide appropriate care and referrals.
• Provide preventative and emergency health services to students.
• Support the management and daily operations of the Wellness Department.
• Coordinate chronic condition case management and follow-up care.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Coordinate health services with local hospitals, healthcare providers, and community agencies.
• Maintain adequate medical equipment and supply inventory.
• Support the Center’s medical separation process and help students access required services and referrals.
• Assist with wellness reporting, safety/incident documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Help maintain current healthcare guidelines and promote quality wellness services.
• Participate in the Center’s HEALs (Healthy Eating, Active Lifestyles) Committee.
• Mentor students and model positive Career Success Standards.
