☎️ Rotating On-Call & Holiday Coverage Required

Join Big Bend Hospice as an RN Admissions Nurse, where you'll serve as a compassionate guide for patients and families beginning their hospice journey.

🌟 What You'll Do:

✅ Conduct hospice admissions and patient assessments in homes and healthcare facilities
✅ Educate patients, families, and referral sources on hospice services
✅ Coordinate care with physicians, intake staff, social workers, and clinical teams
✅ Ensure timely documentation and regulatory compliance
✅ Facilitate a smooth transition to hospice care with empathy and professionalism
✅ Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, nursing facilities, and community partners
✅ Participate in rotating on-call and holiday coverage

🎯 What We're Looking For:

✔️ Active RN license in Florida
✔️ Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
✔️ Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
✔️ Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care and support
