We take great care seriously-and believe there's room for kindness, personality, and a little fun along the way.

Behind every assessment, medication pass, and care plan is a person with a story, preferences, and people who love them. We're looking for nurses who see that person and bring compassion to every shift.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assess residents' health needs and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.

  • Collaborate with providers, therapists, nursing staff, and other care team members to coordinate care.

  • Provide direction, delegation, and supervision appropriate to your assignment and applicable nursing standards.

  • Help residents and families understand care plans, treatments, and changes in health needs.

  • Follow infection prevention practices and promote a safe, comfortable environment.

  • Respect residents' rights, privacy, preferences, and independence.
