Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact person and coordinator of medical supports for all assigned individuals.
- Perform heath care assessments and develop written health care plans.
- Consult with program staff on specific medical interventions, techniques and documentation requirements.
- Perform on-call responsibilities, as assigned by the Director of Nursing services
- Current Registered Nurse license with at least 4 years’ experience. At least two years working in the field of developmental disabilities preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
