Daily Responsibilities:

• Work with Division of Child Protection and Permancy to assist foster parents for children with complex and chronic care needs.

• Asses, develop, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate care plans designed to optimize member health.

• Position is telephonic, and works in office setting. Negotiates reimbursement for care if applicable.

• Works under NJ Child Protection and Child Welfare Agency within the Department of Children and Families.

• Active RN license in state of NJ

• Minimum of 1-3 years pediatric experience.

• Knowledge of case management and health insurance benefits.

• Strong computer and communication skills

Hours for this Position:

• 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Monday to Friday / 40 hours a week)
