RN Charge Nurse

Puxico Nursing and Rehab in Puxico, Missouri, is looking for a compassionate, dependable RN Charge Nurse to join our day shift team.

Responsibilities
Provide attentive, resident-centered nursing care
Lead and support nursing staff during the shift
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
Communicate with residents, families, providers, and team members
Complete accurate, timely documentation
Help coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
Follow care plans, clinical standards, and facility policies
Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment
