Position Overview

The RN Clinic Coordinator provides daily direction to support staff, assists with internal assignments, and supports efficient clinic operations. This role also serves as the primary in-department trainer for all aspects of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or within a Nurse Licensure Compact state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily directions and guidance to support staff.
• Assist with internal assignments and coordination of daily responsibilities.
• Serve as the primary in-department trainer for all aspects of the EHR system.
• Obtain and maintain EHR Superuser status.
• Support staff education, workflow consistency, and effective use of the EHR.
