Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Shift / Night Shift at Lone Tree Retirement Community, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct nursing care and supervision during Day Shift or Night Shift
- Administering medications, treatments, and specialized nursing care
- Monitoring, assessing, and documenting resident health status
- Collaborating with physicians, families, and the care team to develop and implement care plans
- Supporting and supervising LPNs and CNAs to maintain high-quality care standards
- Responding promptly to resident needs with compassion and professionalism
