Responsibilities

As Manager of Dialysis, you’ll develop a top performing team and inspire them toward achieving defined results. Recognizing the contributions of those who go above and beyond energizes you. You identify as an agent of change, committed to helping drive improvement outcomes and standing by decisions in the interest of Community; the popular and the unpopular. Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field
Experience
  • 3 years work experience in a dialysis-related field
  • Dialysis billing experience and/or knowledge of the requirements for CMS and End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)
Licenses and Certifications
  • RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California
  • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA)
  • CAHT - State of California Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) preferred
  • CCHT - Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician preferred
