• Coordinate and manage private duty home care services.
• Schedule, supervise, and support Home Care aides.
• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor service quality, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain communication with clients, families, and healthcare partners.
• Develop and implement business development and community outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain referral relationships within the greater community.
• Promote the growth and expansion of home care services to meet community needs.
• Support organizational goals through strategic planning, marketing, and relationship management.

• An individual with five (5) years of Registered Nurse experience preferred.
• An individual who has at least 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in home care, hospice care, or other licensed health care program required.
• An individual who holds a bachelor's degree in health, business or public administration science preferred.

• Registered Nurse with an active and unrestricted NC nursing license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) license preferred.
