- Coordinate and manage private duty home care services.
- Schedule, supervise, and support Home Care aides.
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor service quality, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain communication with clients, families, and healthcare partners.
- Develop and implement business development and community outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain referral relationships within the greater community.
- Promote the growth and expansion of home care services to meet community needs.
- Support organizational goals through strategic planning, marketing, and relationship management.

An individual with five (5) years of Registered Nurse experience preferred.

An individual who has at least 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in home care, hospice care, or other licensed health care program required.

An individual who holds a bachelor's degree in health, business or public administration science preferred.

Registered Nurse with an active and unrestricted NC nursing license required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) license preferred.
