The Outpatient Endoscopy Center Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures in an outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough pre-procedure assessments, including medical history review and vital signs
• Educate patients and families about procedures, preparation, and post-care instructions
• Prepare and assist patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
• Provide intra-procedure support to physicians and anesthesia staff, monitoring vital signs and maintaining a sterile environment
• Oversee post-procedure recovery, monitor patient status, and provide discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, CRNAs, and MAs to provide seamless, coordinated care
