AccordCare is a licensed private duty agency seeking experienced RNs for hourly Hi-Tech private duty cases throughout the Treasure Coast.
Experience with Trach/Vent care and prior work with paraplegic, quadriplegic, or TBI patients is a plus!

Job Responsibilities

Complete start-of-care admissions and supervisory visits
-
Travel within the Treasure Coast as required

Provide safe, effective nursing and personal care based on the Plan of Care
-
Administer medications and perform skilled nursing tasks within scope of practice

Assist with transferring, positioning, catheter care, and mobility needs
-
Communicate promptly regarding changes in medical status or emergencies
-
Coordinate care with the Nurse Supervisor / Clinical Manager

Escort clients to and from appointments or activities as requested
-
Conduct occasional client assessments and supervisory visits
-
Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, attention to detail, and sound clinical judgment
Requirements
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
-
Level 2 AHCA Clearinghouse clearance
-
TB test (within last 12 months) or Chest X-ray (within last 5 years)

Home care experience

Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills

Ability to use an electronic health record (EHR) for documentation and care coordination
