Part Time | Day Shift working 7 am - 3 pm | Weekends
Full Time | Evening Shift working 3-11 pm

Holy Family Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dependable House Supervisors to join our team in Bethlehem, PA. At Holy Family, we care like family.

As an RN House Supervisor, you will provide facility-wide clinical leadership during your assigned shift, support nursing team members, and help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who is confident making decisions, guiding staff, and responding to changing clinical needs.


What You'll Do as an RN House Supervisor:

  • Provide facility-wide leadership and clinical oversight, ensuring nursing and resident-care activities meet established quality, safety, and customer-service standards
  • Assess staffing levels, coordinate coverage, and provide direction, coaching, and real-time support to nursing team members
  • Conduct regular resident rounds, monitor changes in condition, and ensure care plans accurately reflect residents' current needs
  • Oversee admissions, clinical documentation, incident reporting, infection-control practices, and shift-to-shift communication
  • Respond to emergencies, accidents, allegations, and other significant events, completing required documentation and notifying leadership according to established protocols
  • Step into Charge Nurse responsibilities when needed, including medication administration, treatments, wound care, and communication with physicians, pharmacies, residents, and families

RN House Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license
  • Three or more years of nursing supervisory experience in long-term care or a related healthcare environment; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and the ability to make independent decisions within the scope of nursing practice
  • Effective leadership, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including frequent walking and assisting with resident transfers and other care needs
