They promote quality care by managing activities such as admissions, bed assignments, staff scheduling, and facilitating patient care hospital-wide. Additionally, they observe and evaluate staff, participate in staff meetings, support continuous quality improvement, and handle administrative decisions in the absence of the CEO or their designee, ensuring smooth hospital operations and effective patient care delivery.

Requirements:

PRN

Valid RN license in the State of Indiana

Previous acute care nursing experience required.

Previous management experience or critical care experience preferred.
