Winnebago County Jail – Oshkosh, Wisconsin

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $95,000 Annually

TK Health is excited to bring our correctional healthcare services to Winnebago County Jail. As our newly awarded healthcare provider, we're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our Health Services Administrator (HSA) and help lead this exciting transition.

This is a unique opportunity to build, lead, and shape a healthcare team from the ground up while partnering with facility leadership and TK Health's experienced regional clinical team.

The HSA provides leadership for the onsite medical department and oversees the delivery of quality healthcare services to the incarcerated population while ensuring compliance with company policies, correctional healthcare standards, and regulatory requirements.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• 40 hours per week

Compensation

$95,000 annually

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN license (or ability to obtain)
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
