Floats to assigned critical care units based on organization staffing needs. Maintains competency in all designated ICU service lines. Demonstrates flexibility in adapting to different unit workflows and patient population.
Advanced critical thinking and clinical judgment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize multiple critically ill patients. Professionalism and adpatability. Team Collaboration. Time Management. Conflict resolution. Commitment to patient safety and quality improvement.
Education: Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing as evidenced by verification of state licensure.
Experience: Minimum of two years of recent ICU experience.
Licenses/Certificates: Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license required. Current BLS and ACLS required. If not ACLS certified on hire, must acquire within 30 days.
