Conveniently located on the second floor of our patient tower, our Family Birth Unit includes:

  • One triage room
  • 5 spacious Labor and Delivery suites
  • Two with labor tubs
  • One Operating Room
  • Newborn Nursery

We are currently seeking a dedicated Labor & Delivery RN for a full-time, night shift position. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who connects effortlessly with a diverse patient population who thrives in fast-paced environments. A high level of critical thinking is necessary with the ability to multi-task under pressure and swiftly adapt to high-risk, unpredictable clinical situations. If you are a highly skilled, compassionate, and dedicated RN with a minimum of two years of L&D experience, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Do

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, high quality, direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process to care for mothers and their newborns.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse populations and possess personal sensitivity to the needs and experiences of others with a non-judgmental attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks and appropriately adapt to diverse and high-risk situations to offer the best possible care to patients.
  • Ability to manage time in an organized fashion, planning and prioritizing work under pressure.
