We are looking for compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans
Assess patient conditions and monitor changes in health status
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Document patient care accurately and promptly
Communicate patient needs and changes to physicians and the healthcare team
Educate patients and families regarding care and treatment
Assist with developing and updating care plans
Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies
Promote patient comfort, dignity, and independence
Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
This is a remote opportunity, must have a clean MVR

QUALIFICATIONS

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required, depending on position
Previous healthcare experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate and patient-focused
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
