RN/LPN Charge Nurse - 6 PM - 6 AM

Puxico Nursing and Rehab in Puxico, Missouri, is looking for a compassionate, dependable RN or LPN Charge Nurse to join our night shift team.
We’re a rural care community where relationships matter. We are looking for a charge nurse who will lead with kindness, communicate clearly, and help residents feel safe, respected, and at home. Must be a self-starter, dependable, and be comfortable with more autonomy as you will be the team lead overnight. 12-hour shifts from 6pm - 6am with every other weekend off.

Responsibilities
Provide attentive, resident-centered nursing care
Lead and support nursing staff during the shift
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
Communicate with residents, families, providers, and team members
Complete accurate, timely documentation
Help coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
Follow care plans, clinical standards, and facility policies
Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment
