Responsibilities:

• Assessing clients
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
• Serving as liaison between client and provider
• Documenting assessment findings
• Communicating with interdisciplinary team members and partners in health care delivery

Qualifications:

• Minnesota nursing license
• Valid driver's license
• Proof of auto insurance
