RN/LPN Quality Improvement Coordinator

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Perform duties and functions to comply with quality improvement programs according to state requirements.
   
2. Support Quality Assurance Performance Improvement work plan/initiatives.
3. Schedule and assist with committee and sub-committee preparation.
4. Assist in investigation and resolution of member quality of care complaints.
5. Audit medical records and monitor performance measures for health care risk management, sentinel events and trends

Requirements:

• Must be an RN or LPN
• 2+ year’s clinical experience
  
• 1+ years of Quality experience
  
• Needs to have experience with Microsoft Excel and Access applications
  
• CPHQ preferred (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality)
  
• Managed care setting a preferred
  
• Bilingual candidates preferred
  

Hours for this Position:

8am-5pm
