A strong nurse manager helps people do their best work—and makes sure patients receive the care they deserve. Southern Health Partners (SHP) is looking for a confident, compassionate RN Medical Team Administrator to lead our healthcare team at Alamance County Jail.

This role calls for a leader who can listen and set clear boundaries, support staff and hold them accountable, encourage the team and enforce policy. You’ll be a trusted sounding board, a steady voice when priorities compete, and a cheerleader when the team earns one. And when the work calls for another set of hands, you’re ready to jump in.

Some days you’ll be the coach, the calm in the storm, and the person helping everyone decide what needs attention first. You may even get to remind the team that the form still needs to be finished. That’s leadership, too.
