This is a Full Time with benefits (72 hrs/pay period), 12-hour shifts RN opportunity, working Day Shift (0700 to 1930) in our MedSurg Tele Float Pool between our Mercy Hospitals (San Diego and Chula Vista).

The Site-Based Float Pool at Scripps Mercy San Diego and Chula Vista provides essential nursing support to Stepdown. Nurses enjoy flexibility, teamwork, and leadership support while floating between units. As a MedSurg Tele, you'll join a skilled team focused on delivering excellent care. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, while evaluating progress towards outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for patient care and collaborates with the care team to ensure optimal results in a family-centered environment.

• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
