Provide direct nursing care to patients in a hospital emergency department, following clinical guidelines and ensuring thorough documentation and patient safety.

- Perform individualized care for assigned patients, incorporating clinical practice guidelines with established nursing practice.
- Complete documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough and timely manner.
- Adhere to case management model for assigned patients working with physicians for effective throughput.
