1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Available shifts may include:
Weekend Day Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Weekend Night Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

🩺 What Will You Be Doing?
As a PRN Registered Nurse, you'll play an important role in supporting our nursing team and providing quality resident care.
Your responsibilities may include:

Assessing, monitoring, and documenting residents' health conditions.

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
-
Developing, implementing, and updating individualized resident care plans.
-
Monitoring residents for changes in condition and communicating concerns appropriately.
-
Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
-
Providing guidance and support to LPNs and CNAs.
-
Communicating with residents and families with compassion and professionalism.
-
Maintaining accurate and timely nursing documentation.
-
Following facility policies, nursing standards, and infection prevention procedures.

Supporting a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for residents.
