SCHEDULE: Full-time; 36 hours per week; 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

Myrtue Medical Center is a growing rural healthcare leader and designated Center of Excellence, committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care for women and families across our region. We are expanding our Obstetrics team and seeking a compassionate, skilled RN to join us.

The OB Registered Nurse provides comprehensive care to patients throughout the perinatal experience, including labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum. This role collaborates closely with providers and interdisiciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes for mothers and newborns.

Graduate from an approved professional Nursing Program. Current RN licensed in Iowa or eligibility to obtain; BSN preferred. Basic Life Support required within 3 months of date of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification is required within 12 months of date of hire. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification is required within 3 months of date of hire. OB, L & D or maternal-child health experience preferred; must be practicing in a non-rural area (new grads with strong interest may be considered).

This position is supported by grant funding that allows for flexible recruitment and retention incentives. These may include relocation assistance, hiring bonuses and retention incentives, all of which are negotiable based on candidate needs and experience. Please note: Incentives are structured in accordance with grant guidelines and do not include student loan repayment.
