They participate in resident and family education, oversee planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care, and administer medications within their scope of practice. The position requires strong communication skills, leadership ability, and the capacity to manage a nursing unit during night shifts, making critical decisions collaboratively to support resident well-being in alignment with the facility's mission and standards.
Requirements:
8 hours per week - Third Shift
Friday Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana
BLS/CPR Certification Required
Senior Living Nursing Experience Preferred
