Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) – Maryland DDA Delegating Nurse
Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours/week
Pay: $32.00/hour

We’re seeking a compassionate, organized Registered Nurse to join our team as a Maryland DDA Delegating Nurse. This position is ideal for an RN looking for a flexible, meaningful role supporting adults with developmental disabilities while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing oversight for individuals receiving DDA services.
- Delegate nursing tasks to Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in accordance with Maryland regulations.
- Complete nursing assessments, care plans, and required documentation.
- Conduct medication reviews and monitor individuals’ health status.
- Train and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Ensure compliance with Maryland DDA and COMAR regulations.
- Rotating on-call schedule.
Qualifications
- Current Maryland RN license in good standing.
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
