Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) – Maryland DDA Delegating Nurse

Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours/week

Pay: $32.00/hour

Location: Maryland

We’re seeking a compassionate, organized Registered Nurse to join our team as a Maryland DDA Delegating Nurse. This position is ideal for an RN looking for a flexible, meaningful role supporting adults with developmental disabilities while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing oversight for individuals receiving DDA services.
• Delegate nursing tasks to Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in accordance with Maryland regulations.
• Complete nursing assessments, care plans, and required documentation.
• Conduct medication reviews and monitor individuals’ health status.
• Train and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with Maryland DDA and COMAR regulations.
• Rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland RN license in good standing.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
