PART-TIME POSITION
DODD Medication Administration Trainer & CPR Instructor
Use your clinical experience to train and support employees who serve individuals with developmental disabilities.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse to provide medication administration training for DODD employees and CPR instruction. The ideal candidate is an engaging educator who can clearly explain clinical information, support learner success, and maintain accurate training documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of five years working with DODD programs, employees, or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Qualified and able to teach DODD medication administration classes
- Current CPR instructor certification
- Strong communication, presentation, organization, and recordkeeping skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver DODD medication administration training to employees
- Provide CPR instruction and skills evaluations
- Prepare course materials and create a supportive learning environment
- Maintain attendance, certification, and other required training records
- Stay current with applicable training standards and organizational procedures
