What You’ll Do

• Evaluate resident care using structured assessment tools
• Identify compliance concerns and areas needing improvement
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and facility leadership
• Assist with quality improvement and corrective action initiatives
• Provide recommendations to strengthen care delivery and operations
• Support facilities in maintaining high standards of patient care

Qualifications

Required:

• Active New York State RN License
• BSN Degree REQUIRED
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience
• Long-term care or nursing home experience

Preferred:

• Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing (DON) background
• Quality Improvement (QI), compliance, or survey experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently at multiple facilities
