Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) SUPV to join our team at a behavioral health and substance abuse treatment facility. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about supporting individuals on their recovery journey and providing high-quality overnight clinical care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overnight nursing care for patients in a behavioral health and substance abuse treatment setting
  • Monitor patient health status and withdrawal symptoms
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Perform nursing assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinical staff to support treatment plans
  • Respond to patient needs and emergencies during overnight hours
  • Promote a safe and supportive environment for recovery

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas (required)
  • Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, or substance abuse treatment (required)
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
  • 1 year experience in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Behavioral Health (Preferred)

License/Certification

  • TX RN License (Required)
