We are immediately hiring a full-time RN Registered Nurse, which includes a $10,000 sign on bonus (signing bonus is prorated if hired Part time)
Territory: East side King County (Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton Highlands, Issaquah and Redmond/Woodinville)

As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating the patient and home health environment to determine required services, completing timely OASIS documentation as required.
• Developing and implementing a patient-centered care plan in collaboration with the patient and/or caregivers.
• You’ll use all your nursing skills including wound care, catheter care, disease process education, and teaching on medication, among others.
• As part of this position, you will be on rotation for weekend on-call, triaging and addressing after-hours nursing needs if necessary. On-call weekends are generously compensated.
