RN Senior Manager - Quality Assurance
Manages the Accreditation systemic administrative processes related to The Joint Commission, Det Norske Veritas (DNV), Department of Health (DOH), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and other key regulatory standards affecting the campuses for SW Service Area including St. Peter Hospital and Centralia Hospital. These include applications, corrective action plans and progress reports, compliance assessments and investigations, and license renewals.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Within 2 years of hire: Healthcare Accreditation Certification Program (HACP) Or
- Within 2 years of hire: Certified Joint Commission Professional (CJCP) Or
- Within 2 years of hire: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
- 3 years Related experience.
- Electronic Health Record experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or healthcare related field.
- Education in performance assessment and improvement processes.
- 2 years Supervisory experience.
- Experience in performance assessment and improvement processes.
