About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) within the Business Services industry located in Three Rivers, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care and health services to clients in a corporate or organizational setting. Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent nursing degree.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in occupational health or community health settings.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within business services or corporate health environments.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and health data management.
- Training in mental health first aid or employee assistance programs.
- Demonstrated skills in health promotion program development and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings to identify client or employee health needs and risks.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on clinical findings and organizational health objectives.
- Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and managing chronic conditions.
- Educate clients or employees on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, management, and external agencies to coordinate care and ensure compliance with health policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
- Participate in health and safety audits, emergency preparedness, and wellness program development.
