The Osborn, a premier senior care community in Rye, NY, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee and support clinical operations within our Skilled Nursing Facility. As a valued leader on our team, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for nursing staff.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise nursing staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care for residents
Provide clinical oversight and hands-on support during your shift
Respond to emergencies and clinical concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
Mentor, coach, and guide CNAs, LPNs, and fellow RNs in their daily responsibilities
Ensure proper documentation and communication of resident status and care
What You Bring:
Current NYS RN license in good standing (Required)
At least 2 years of experience in long-term care or subacute setting (Preferred)
Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A passion for working with seniors and supporting a culture of dignity and respect
