Location: 4102 Shore Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46254
Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12s (7a–7p) | Every other weekend rotation

Your Impact on the Floor:
As an RN Supervisor here, you are the clinical anchor of our recovery community. You will:
- Lead the Team: Supervise the day-shift staff, delegating tasks and providing training support to ensure high-quality care.
- Resolve & Restore: Handle scheduling conflicts, guest complaints, and communicate concerns directly with facility leadership to maintain peace of mind.
- Clinical Excellence: Assess guest care, lead code drills, and monitor conditions to ensure safe detoxification.
- Uphold the Mission: Orient families to our program while serving as a beacon of honesty and excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program or hold relevant state licensure.
- RN License
- Must be 21yrs or older
- Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing
