RN Supervisor
- Take all OB problem phone calls and document the charts appropriately
- Review abnormal mammogram results and communicate results with patients
- Manage the clinical staff including, but not limited to reviews, training, updates with policy and procedures. (CNR)
- Review their task lists daily
- Manage their time off requests/no shows
- Coordinate their lunch schedules (or even if they get one)
- Advocate for the front office staff and back office staff
- Licensed RN
- 1 + year as a RN in an OB/GYN office
- Leadership experience
- Must be IV certification
- On-Call coverage after hours
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, practitioners, staff, and management.
- Excellent customer service skills
Hours for this Position:
- Monday – Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm
