Rn Supervisor for 132 Bed Facility Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility.

BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the overall functioning of nursing service on their respective unit. Work involves managing the care of residents of their respective unit from admission to discharge. To work in collaboration and coordination with the resident, family members, physicians, members of the interdisciplinary team, supervisors, and staff to determine and achieve desired outcomes. To use independent judgement, initiative and problem-solving to achieve clinical outcomes with and through the team members. Managing staff which includes supervising and developing the skills of entry level, skilled and licensed personnel, assessing workflow, implementation of new policies and procedures, investigation of complaints, attends mandatory meetings.

HOURS: We have two positions available:

Part Time 7a - 3p, three weekends on one weekend off.

OR

Part Time 3p - 11p, every other weekend.

NEEDS: PER DIEM
