RN Supervisor - Private Duty Nursing

All Heart Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Supervisor to support our Private Duty Nursing program throughout the Nashville Metro area. This Part-Time or PRN position is ideal for a Registered Nurse who enjoys mentoring clinical staff, conducting supervisory visits, and ensuring high-quality care for patients receiving services in their homes.

Position Summary

The RN Supervisor provides clinical oversight and support for Private Duty Nursing services, including supervisory visits, clinical assessments, staff guidance, and compliance monitoring. The ideal candidate is organized, knowledgeable, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervisory visits for Private Duty Nursing patients.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to LPNs and nursing staff.
• Complete patient assessments and monitor quality of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, caregivers, and office staff.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, agency policies, and state regulations.
• Assist with care plan development and updates.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify patient concerns and implement appropriate interventions.
• Support staff education and clinical competency.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout the Nashville Metro area.

Preferred

• Private Duty Nursing experience.
• Home care or pediatric nursing experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
