RN Supervisor- PRN
Summary
Supervise 24-hour nursing care in a retirement community, oversee medical records, assess residents, and coordinate admissions using an electronic health record system.
- Work with your colleagues to ensure 24-hour continuity of care.
- Provide oversight of medical records in the electronic health record.
- Conduct medical assessments of residents and determine when it is necessary to call the physician.
- Oversee the admission process of new or re-admitted residents to the nursing care center, assuring resident assessment and documentation are complete and timely.
- Provide appropriate advice for medications or treatments by established policies.
- RN or BSN Degree from a school of professional nursing; license and current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- RN experience for at least one year is required for per diem status.
- Active CPR certification.
