RN to BSN Faculty
Description
Location: Central Florida
Compensation: $4,000–$6,000 per four-credit didactic section (proposed)
Position / schedule: Part-time faculty pool
Position Overview
Teach assigned RN-to-BSN courses in a post licensure nursing program, with academic rigor and appropriate online learning support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver approved course content and assess student learning against course objectives.
- Support online learning management system activities and timely student feedback.
- Collaborate with academic leadership on course preparation, assessment and approved practicum requirements.
- Maintain teaching and credential records for assigned courses.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing for nursing instruction; doctorate preferred.
- Relevant nursing subject-matter expertise and demonstrated college-level teaching ability.
- Competence teaching through online platforms and learning management systems.
- Qualifications must align with each assigned course.
