Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, residents, and their families to ensure continuity of care and address any changes or issues.
  8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, care plans, interventions, and resident responses. Complete necessary forms, charts, and reports per facility policies and regulatory requirements.
  9. Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies and crisis situations. Follow established protocols for emergency care, including initiating appropriate interventions, providing CPR if necessary, and notifying the appropriate personnel.
