TK Health is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our correctional healthcare team at Liberty County Jail in Liberty, Texas.

• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Rotating weekends

• Location: Liberty County Jail – Liberty, TX

What You'll Do

As an RN with TK Health, you'll provide direct nursing care based on the individual needs of patients within the facility while working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing nursing assessments and responding to changes in patient condition
• Providing direct nursing care to patients
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitoring and responding to patient healthcare needs
• Assisting with acute and chronic medical conditions
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and facility personnel
• Following established nursing standards, procedures, and safety protocols
• Helping provide consistent, quality healthcare in a structured clinical environment

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
