RN Unit Manager - DAYS
Resolve is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our team at our Resolve Diamondback location. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while leading and supporting a dedicated nursing team. The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of an assigned unit, ensuring quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and excellence in resident-centered care.

Duties
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for an assigned nursing unit.
- Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to promote high-quality resident care.
- Coordinate daily operations, staffing assignments, and workflow for the unit.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, facility, and company policies and regulations.
- Oversee resident assessments, care plans, documentation, and clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Monitor quality indicators and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, resident rounds, and family communication.
- Coach and develop nursing staff through education, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; previous Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or supervisory experience preferred
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and/or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required.
- Active AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
- Strong leadership, clinical assessment, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Ability to lead a team, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and foster a positive work environment.
