RN Unit Manager
Warrenton Woods is hiring a full-time RN Unit Manager for a Monday through Friday schedule. This nursing leadership position oversees the daily operations of an assigned unit while supporting residents, families, nurses, and CNAs.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced RN with charge nurse, supervisor, or unit management experience. Pay is based on nursing and leadership experience. We also offer weekly pay with DailyPay available. The team can review the exact daily hours during the interview.

About the RN Unit Manager Role
As the RN Unit Manager, you’ll lead the daily nursing operations of an assigned unit. You’ll oversee resident care, support and develop nursing staff, monitor clinical documentation, and work closely with residents, families, physicians, and the Director of Nursing.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and direct nursing services for the assigned unit
• Coordinate resident care and make appropriate nursing assignments
• Direct and support nurses and certified nursing assistants
• Oversee resident assessments, care plans, medications, and treatments
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Review nursing documentation for quality, accuracy, and completeness
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and resident transfers as needed
• Address resident and family concerns and communicate updates appropriately
• Coach nursing staff and support ongoing professional development
• Ensure appropriate staffing and supplies are maintained on the unit
• Work with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to support quality outcomes
• Help ensure compliance with applicable regulations and facility policies
Required Qualifications
• A current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Georgia
• A nursing degree from an accredited nursing program
• At least two years of direct care experience in a long-term care, restorative, or geriatric setting
• At least one year of charge nurse, supervisory, or nursing management experience
• Current CPR certification
