RN Unit Manager

Duties:

• Assess resident's clinical needs.

• Handle all supervisory duties for the unit.

• Mentor less experienced nurses.

• Establish the standards of care for the unit.

• Review Resident records & quality of care.

• Address questions brought forward by Residents and their families.

• Represent the unit's interests with the upper-level management.

Requirements:

• Long Term Care Experience Preferred, but we will train the right graduate nurse.

• Must hold valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse License in NYS or be eligible for reciprocity.

• Basic computer skills including EHR use.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Team Player!

• Demonstrate excellent attendance and flexibility.
