Summary
Oversee day-to-day road construction activities in Singapore, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards while coordinating contractors and workers on-site.
Job Scope
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure the project progresses according to the schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Ensure all work on-site is performed in compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Monitor and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and workers, ensuring proper execution of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of work, adherence to specifications, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, material usage, and progress reports.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure proper use of materials and equipment on-site and report any issues to the site manager.
- Provide guidance and support to workers and teams on-site.
- Assist in the implementation of traffic management plans and other safety measures for the site.
- Coordinate with other teams, such as engineers and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution.
