About the role
We are currently expanding our Earth & Environment team and are looking to hire a Road Technical Assistance Manager in Seville to help us face the challenges of the future.

You will be part of highly relevant road projects, contributing to the development of more efficient, safe, and sustainable infrastructure.
What you'll do
Manage contracts for the Control and Supervision of road works.
Act as Contract Delegate, preparing and supervising the required documentation.
Perform financial management and contract planning, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives, deadlines, and resources.
Coordinate and supervise the technical assistance teams associated with the project.
Guarantee the correct technical and contractual development of the works.
Maintain effective communication with clients, site management, and other involved parties.
What we're looking for
Degree in Civil Engineering (Master ICCP).
At least 10 years of experience in managing control and supervision contracts for road works.
Experience in technical, financial, and contract planning management.
Knowledge of CDE tools in general.
Experience working with Autodesk Forma.
High level of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2).
Leadership capacity, team coordination, and client communication skills.
