Summary
Provides on-site vehicle breakdown support, performing emergency repairs and customer service during day/night shifts in Singapore.
Salary: Gross up to $4,000
Location: Macpherson
Working Hours:
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (On standby at the company premises)
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 8:00 AM (On standby from home)
Key Duties:
- Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing emergency repairs at vehicle breakdown locations.
- Carry out on-site roadside services, including tyre changes, battery replacements, jump-starts, and fluid top-ups.
- Maintain accurate service records by documenting breakdown incidents, vehicle conditions, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Deliver professional customer service by assisting motorists during breakdowns and coordinating with workshops for vehicle recovery and follow-up repairs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant automotive servicing or roadside assistance experience.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
