Roadside Technician | Gross up to $4000 | 5 days | Macpherson - ZH

Salary: Gross up to $4,000

Location: Ubi

Working Hours:

• Day: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Company standby)
• Night: 7:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Home standby)

Key Duties:

• Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform emergency repairs on vehicles at breakdown locations.
• Carry out routine roadside maintenance, including tire changes, battery replacements, jump starts, and fluid top-ups.
• Document service calls, vehicle conditions, work performed, and parts used while maintaining accurate service records.
• Provide professional customer service, liaise with customers during breakdown incidents, and coordinate with workshops for vehicle recovery and further repairs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
